Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
 
About the role : Looking after all channels for the same i.e Tolls, Retail, Corporate and OEM through dedicated team members in different geographies and channels. Role Caters to Alliance and Management of ETC Sales and Service Operations of Big Logistics Partners, OEM Dealers, Infrastructure Companies.
 
Expectations/ Requirements
·       Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation
·       To acquire new clients and maintain relationship with existing clients (focused on
·       Commercial Vehicle Owners) for FASTag category
·       Good knowledge of the area or territory to target right customers for better sales
conversion
·       Recruit, train and motivate ground team to achieve designated sales targets
·       Track team performance and address their problems for efficient delivery and customer
satisfaction
·       Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on
 competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements
·       Present findings to management via Excel reports, presentation etc
 
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
·       9+ years of relevant field sales or marketing experience in OEM (heavy vehicles),
commercial vehicle finance or insurance, tyre sales would be preferred
·       Experience in handling large field sales team and willing to travel 20 days a month
·       Excellent communications & persuasion skills with knowledge of local language
·       Mandatory: own transport and smartphone
·       Academic Background: Post Graduate; Expert level in Excel
