Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager / HR Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, payroll coordination, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic HR professional capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation.
  • Handle HRMS and employee data management.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
  • Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Organize employee recognition programs and company events.

Performance Management

  • Drive annual performance appraisal and salary revision processes.
  • Support managers in goal setting and performance evaluations.
  • Identify training and development needs.

Payroll & Compliance

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance/payroll teams.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including:
    • PF
    • ESIC
    • Professional Tax
    • Labour Laws
    • Shops & Establishment Act
    • CLRA
  • Support internal and external compliance audits.

Learning & Development

  • Identify employee training needs.
  • Coordinate technical and soft-skill training programs.
  • Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Policies & Administration

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Generate HR reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
  • Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of US Staffing or Global Recruitment is an added advantage.
  • Experience handling HR audits and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
