About the role 

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role will progress in a Customer Success Consultant after the first 6 months. 

This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a successful first 3 months with OpenUp, setting the stage for long-term engagement and satisfaction. You should be passionate about mental well-being and possess a unique blend of interpersonal skills, technical savvy, and a customer-first mindset.

  • Customer Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding sessions for HR users, leadership teams, and general users, dedicating 8 to 12 hours per customer.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with executive sponsors for each account, fostering strong relationships.
  • Leadership Team Onboarding: Ensure leadership teams are well-acquainted with OpenUp, enabling them to champion the platform within their organizations.
  • User Onboarding and Support: Guide users through the onboarding process and address any questions or concerns they might have.
  • Pre-Sales Collaboration: Participate in the final stages of pre-sales to ensure a seamless transition to onboarding.
  • Performance Metrics: Focus on achieving high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), speedy delivery, and engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Support and Customer Success Consultancy teams to optimize customer experience.

 

About you

  • Experience owning a project from A to Z.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics, including NPS and engagement indicators.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Dutch and German. 
  • A keen interest in or experience with mental health advocacy, especially within workplace settings.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and organizational skills to coordinate engagement initiatives effectively.
