Summary:
The Implementation Specialist will manage the strategy and operation of sales pilots, research studies, and case studies.
Responsibilities:
- Pilot/Research Study Management
- Responsible for managing sales pilots for Field Sales and efficacy and case studies for the research team. This work includes the launch, operations, strategy, and pilot/research completion.
- Responsible for working with customer and research teams to understand goals and requirements for each sales pilot and research study.
- Responsible for pilot communications with Field Sales/Research teams about key milestones and success factors relative to the pilot requirements.
- Responsible for assisting in creation of pilot-specific support documents.
- Contribute to the improvement of sales pilot/research operations.
- Responsible for being current with the latest obstacles, differentiators, and competitive information of Age of Learning programs in order to strategically manage the pilots and research studies.
- Demonstrates the depth of Age of Learning product knowledge to position products in a way that reflects product strengths while aligning with market issues, curriculum trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales/Research teams to develop and execute realistic and strategic pilot execution plans on an account basis.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Specialists to provide ongoing support of the digital aspect of the pilot and deployment.
- Responsible for pilot tracking and communication from the customer level through the Age of Learning management level.
- Provides ongoing input to refine the pilot/research process.
Required Qualifications:
- Early Childhood subject matter expertise
- Demonstrates excellent organization and practical problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and able to transfer strategies into actions that deliver results; ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Presentation skills with the ability to engage customers via webinar or in-person
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Able to use MS Office Suite and Webex tools
- Ability to work irregular hours and travel up to 30% – driving and flying
