Inbound Marketing Coordinator
TLDR
Drive data-driven inbound marketing across client portfolios, shaping SEO, content, and CRO in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
- Develop and optimize SEO, content, and CRO strategies by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to improve organic traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across client websites.
- Produce detailed reports and actionable recommendations using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, translating insights into clear client-facing deliverables.
- Manage KPIs, monitor performance trends, and ensure continuous improvement of inbound marketing initiatives through structured testing and iteration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align strategies, communicate insights effectively, and ensure the execution of SEO and content optimization plans.
- Support team coordination, knowledge sharing, and mentoring activities while contributing to the development of processes and best practices.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, organization, and communication across all inbound marketing activities.
- Experience in inbound marketing, SEO, or digital marketing roles with strong exposure to performance analysis and content optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose strategic, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts in a clear and accessible way to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and proactivity in managing tasks, priorities, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Advanced knowledge of Portuguese grammar and strong written communication skills.
