Inbound&Outbound Logistic Coordinator

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.


Job Description:

  • Maintain the standard of operations process in sorting center (Inbound / Sorting / Packing /Outbound);
  • Plan and develop process improvement for sorting center (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 7 sources of waste);
  • Manage performance of ground staff to achieve the management goal;
  • Analyze and identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and timely;
  • Manage as well as initiate process improvement;
  • Manage resources within the sorting center to achieve cost optimization;
  • Monitoring and controlling ground staff performance;
  • Coordinate with internal functions such as First Mile and Last Mile.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields, Engineering / Logistics and Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management;
  • Experience in express delivery management is a plus (Logistics, Express,Warehouse, E-Commerce, Retail, Department store, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing);
  • Have experience as team lead;
  • Possess management experience and able to knowledge of flowchart making;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Possess analytical skills and numeracy skills;
  • Possess systematic thinking and logical thinking.
