Inside Sales Manager

TLDR

Lead and coach a high-character Inside Sales team to hit membership and service revenue targets through disciplined sales management and customer-focused execution.

Job Description

The Manager, Inside Sales is a high character team lead role. Candidates should have high integrity, be people focused, coachable, team-oriented, strong work ethic and quality conscious. This individual should have had first-person experience at both inside sales and inside sales management and should have been a high performer throughout his/her career. This individual will achieve superior results by exercising a disciplined sales management approach to inspire both team members and drive client engagement.He/She will be responsible for achieving revenue targets related to membership sales, and additional service sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Manage, Coach, & Develop Inside Sales team
  • Oversee and manage the day to day operation and workflow of the team in an organized and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain effective organization of responsibility, training, coaching, recognition, workflow patterns and performance standards,
  • Identify gaps in team's talent and coach team members to eliminate them
  • Focus, motivate and inspire the team in a result oriented way by driving optimum individual and team performance to deliver against agreed KPIs and targets
  • Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and ensure they are met by each of Inside Sales Associates
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement and work closely with the Subject Matter expert to execute/ implement them
  • Build an open-communication culture within the team

Customer/Quality Focus

  • Listens to customer and assigns the highest priority to customer satisfaction, including internal customers
  • Inspires and demonstrates a passion for excellence in every aspect of work
  • Strives to fulfil commitment to Quality in total product/service offering
  • Lives Customer Service and creates service mind-set throughout organization

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
  • Team-building and resourceful problem-solving as well who can motivate and coach Inside Sales Associates
  • Coordinating  and directing Daily activities of Inside Sales Associates, resulting in productivity improvement
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel. Ensuring accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM. Ensuring periodic Data Checks on a daily/ weekly basis
  • In-depth understanding of  Inside sales and Outbound Calling process
  • Report to Inside Sales Head on Sales Metrics, Opportunities and Forecasts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
