We are a customer acquisition company that utilizes cutting edge marketing techniques, sales and technology to drive new customers for some of the largest brands in the United States. Companies partner with us to bring them new customers that are higher quality, better value and bigger volumes than they've ever seen. As a part of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for receiving inbound sales calls, taking prospective customers through the sales process and closing the sale.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive inbound calls from our main website in which customers are looking for the best internet, cable and/or TV connection near their Zipcode, find them the best solution, sell them on that solution and order the installation of that solution with the cable company inside our internal system.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the product, building value/overcoming objections, and accurately updating our contact management system.
- Create personal profit through both inbound and warm lead outbound calls by utilizing persuasive sales techniques.
- Increase personal and company profitability by utilizing cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to sell and overcome objections
- Honesty and integrity; honesty between team workers and to the customer is a top priority

- Must have natural people and selling skills
- Skilled concept of salesmanship with the ability to overcome objections and build value on products
- Moderate knowledge of computer/internet technology (as this is product related)

- Base Salary $12 hourly + Commissions
