Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist
TLDR
Manage the clinical expert network to ensure high-quality instructor engagement for healthcare education events, optimizing recruitment, scheduling, and compliance processes.

Proactively devise and execute plans for the sourcing, recruitment, and conversion of clinical experts into long-term Content Partners

Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and internal referrals to build an active pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting to ensure a diverse and high-caliber instructor pipeline

Act as a brand ambassador to establish Colibri as the "Partner of Choice" within the healthcare professional community

Webinar Scheduling & Event Orchestration — Year 1: 20% | Steady State: 25%

Select and confirm presenters for in-person and streaming live events based on provided schedules and curriculum requirements

Manage the "supply-to-demand" alignment, ensuring that every scheduled event has a confirmed, high-quality instructor assigned well in advance of the air date

Flag scheduling bottlenecks or instructor shortages to leadership with recommended mitigation plans

Coordinate with the Live Events Team to ensure instructors have all the content assets needed to teach a course

Partner Development & Relationship Management — Year 1: 25% | Steady State: 35%

Serve as the primary liaison and consultant for instructor clinicians, ensuring a high-touch, professional experience from onboarding through active partnership

Conduct regular follow-up with instructors to gauge morale, gather feedback, and ensure long-term retention and engagement

Provide light-touch training and enablement to internal teams (e.g., Customer Service) to ensure they understand the value and subject matter of our instructor-led products.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date instructor profiles, performance notes, and relationship history in internal databases

Operational Readiness & Coordination — Year 1: 15% | Steady State: 10%

Coordinate the collection and verification of all required partner documentation, including signed contracts, CVs/Resumes, references, and support documents

Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory and internal standards prior to any instructor-led event

Support the administrative duties and recordkeeping associated with the instructor lifecycle to ensure data integrity across all platforms

Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
-
2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building
-
Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and building professional networks from scratch
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling rubrics
-
Advanced communication abilities (person-to-person, telephonic, and electronic) with a high degree of professional polish
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a flexible work schedule to accommodate recruitment meetings

Knowledge of contract terminology and the ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company material
