Integrated Marketing Manager

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Creative, the Integrated Marketing Manager will be a vital part of our Marketing team, responsible for creating cohesive brand and customer experiences that drive our business performance.

In this role, you will be the bridge between the Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver a unified approach across channels including social, digital, TV, affiliate, email, newsletter, and website among others. You will be responsible for connecting the dots across a multitude of different but interconnected areas and will champion the integrity of our brand voice and customer experience.

You are a passionate storyteller and have plenty of experience leading projects and developing marketing plans that move hearts and minds as well as drive business performance. You are highly creative, with a strong track record for delivering compelling and unique content - with a heavy emphasis on brand building and direct response. You have strong people skills and can foster internal and external relationships including experience managing multiple agencies and vendors. You think outside the box, enjoy fast-paced work, and are motivated by success. You are very process-oriented, know how to develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and resources, and are comfortable working cross-functionally to execute strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Integrated Marketing

  • Lead development and execution of insight-driven, integrated marketing campaigns and through-the-line promotions using your vast experience in digital, paid, social, email and content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the performance marketing team and Creative Director to develop a variety of content needs that meet creative and strategic criteria while delivering on measurable business results.
  • Be the brand champion ensuring consistent adherence to brand tone, personality, and positioning.
  • Participate in ideation and creation of new marketing initiatives based on conversion data and brand health metrics.
  • Measure campaign performance and build a results feedback loop that enables us to continuously improve our creative performance over time.
  • Develop and update the creative and promotions playbook to ensure new learning and best practices are up to date.
  • Research & monitor the competitive landscape, providing a monthly recap and recommendations.

Promotions

  • Drive the strategy, development, and executional plan for top-tier promotional initiatives (e.g. Cyber Week, 4th of July, Labor Day) to drive strong commercial activity while delivering the ultimate brand experience for consumers.
  • Co-manage the monthly marketing promotions calendar to ensure all elements are consistent and on-brand, and all channels are accounted for.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including the wine brands team, acquisition, and retention teams to lead the promotional strategy and manage the execution.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop forecasting for each promotion, track results, and deliver contingency plans when needed.

Project Management

  • Serve as the integrated project manager across the marketing team ensuring that we’re moving from idea through execution on time, on-brand, and on strategy
  • Develop an optimal approach to project workflow and streamline the creative/content processes to improve creative throughput.
  • Create project briefs for cross-functional team input and alignment, ensuring an integrated consumer experience
  • Help plan and execute events as needed

Strategic Partnerships

  • Unlock growth and partnership opportunities to drive awareness and acquisitions
  • Demonstrate creative, strategic, and analytical thinking to evaluate partnerships and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of partnership presentations and drive the meeting agenda.
  • Oversee reporting and metrics to ensure KPIs are met.

Requirements

Essential Experience and Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of strategic brand marketing experience, cultivating strong cross-functional partnerships and running multi-channel campaigns and promotions within the CPG or DTC industries, or at an integrated creative agency.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives at the same time and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate insights into compelling creative, and effective storytelling throughout the purchase funnel and across digital and traditional media channels, while measuring the business impact of those campaigns qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of content channels and the ability to adapt creative to fit the needs of different mediums and audiences.
  • Great instincts and knowledge of brand trends.
  • A passion for the wine space and technology.
  • Experience in both eCommerce and Subscription models.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Wine education and/or knowledge.
  • Photoshop skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the US.

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management - effectively influence at all levels in the organization, as well as across regions and functions.
  • Collaborative and works well with others to deliver results; keep others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises.
  • Ability to multitask. Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and jump in on any new design project.
