Intern Customer Experience Research (Voice of the Customer)

The Team:

The CX team is responsible for understanding and shaping the experiences of our customers. Role will report to the Global Head of CX Understanding & Design with day-to-day direction from the CX Voice of Customer Lead. 

The Role:

As a CX research intern you will develop capabilities in analytics, data capture mechanisms, root cause analysis, program management, data visualization, and other Customer Experience skill-sets. 

The work you’ll do:

  • Create and own key Voice of Customer programs
  • Conduct targeted CX research in support of Voice of Customer findings
  • Project manage elements of Celonis Customer Webinar program

The qualifications you need:

  • Ideally, coursework in analytics, user centered design, information science, or other applicable areas
  • Ideally proven project leadership and project management experiences
  • Creative - able to think of ideas, connections, outside the box
  • First experience with Office 365 and Google workspace 
     
     
  • Good analytical skills, understanding the story behind numbers
  • Willingness to learn how to use survey and data analytics tools (like Celonis, Qualtrics) by themselves e.g. from online training and tutorials
  • 6 months of full-time availability
