Intern - Marketing Operations
TLDR
Coordinate cross-functional marketing workflows, build trackers, and turn goals into actionable plans that drive strategic marketing outcomes.
- Keep the marketing team on track: follow up on deliverables, flag delays, push for strategic focus over reactive work
- Build and maintain marketing trackers/systems
- Co-develop marketing strategy and priorities
- Turn marketing goals into clear plans and priorities the team can execute
- Coordinate handoffs between marketing, sales, and any other relevant Dashlabs teams
- Possibly assist with DASHCON (November) pre-event coordination and logistics
- Potential for conversion to paid part-time or full-time role based on performance and company needs
- Strong organizational skills: can build structure from scratch, not just maintain it
- Proven leadership experience is a strong plus
- Strategic thinker
- Comfortable with Google Sheets for building systems
- Direct communicator, firm without being adversarial
- Able to commit 3-6 months minimum, remote - but may require occasional on-site clinic visits within NCR
This is an unpaid and remote-first position.
