Intern - Operations

This job posting is for a full time internship for a period of 1-2 months starting immediately. We are looking for interns in Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Pune.

Here’s what your day looks like:

• Coordinating with new restaurants to make sure they have a smooth on-boarding into ZPay
• Training and engaging with restaurant staff for Zpay clients
• Troubleshooting and addressing escalations swiftly
• Help merchants improve service quality by relaying feedback and escalating performance issues
• Manage communication amongst multiple stakeholders within the team
• Using internal tools monitor restaurants activity, analyze data, create reports and ensure a constant stream of feedback to the restaurant
