What you'll do:
- You will be considered as a Full-Time Employee having responsibility, ownership and impact.
- You will join the Sleep Innovation team, within the Product Success team.
- You will take care of launching new innovative products (high-tech, low-tech or app) being owner from the ‘ideation’ stage to the ‘scaling sales’ stage.
- You will continuously optimize our business and develop new initiatives to help fuel growth.
- You will conduct research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition.
- You will supervise and streamline both back-end and consumer-facing business operation platforms between the company and 3rd party suppliers.
- You will define the Go-to-market strategy for your product(s) and ensure a perfect Product/Market Fit.
- You will ensure the success of your product(s) while keeping all teams involved and committed to that success.
- You will screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
What we're looking for:
- You’re studying Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economics/ Engineering or any related university program
- Experience in Business Development, E-commerce, Marketing, Apps is a plus
- Startup exposure or Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- Very good English communication skills
- You have strong project management skills and know how to handle many stakeholders
- You are impact-driven and embody the Pareto’s Principle (80-20)
- You have strong analytical skills and learn quickly
- You like to take on responsibility and can work independently
- You have drive, ambition and a genuine interest in how to grow business
