Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior International Budgeting Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will support the financial planning and budgeting processes.
Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal budgeting guidelines
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of the annual organizational budget
- Maintain consistent communication with all departments to gather relevant budgeting information
- Analyze and review budgets at both departmental and organizational levels
- Participate in variance analysis and reporting to support financial decision-making
- Develop and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant work experience in budgeting, accounting, or financial planning
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and budgeting best practices
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex financial data in clear, simple terms
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
