 Responsibilities

• Dive deep into cross-border and traditional payment workflows, design practical solutions for payment scenarios, and drive their development and launch.
• Participate in the product design of payment system modules (e.g., Virtual Accounts (VA), channel integration, clearing & settlement, cashier, etc.), and write rigorous Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Conduct in-depth research on cutting-edge trends including global Fintech, international payment networks, and digital asset regulations. Deliver industry and competitor analysis reports with profound and unique insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Compliance, Operations) to ensure accurate communication of product requirements, follow up on beta launches, and track post-launch performance.

Qualifications

1. Education & Self-Drive

• Hard Requirement: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a top-tier university (QS Top 100 or domestic "Double First-Class" institutions), major is open.
• Proactive Learning & Evolution: Extremely high motivation for active learning. Accustomed to using cutting-edge AI assistant tools and software ecosystems, capable of quickly grasping hard-core professional knowledge in payments and finance.

2. Core Soft Skills

• Pursuit of Excellence: An almost paranoid pursuit of excellent UX, minimalist interaction flows, and rigorous product logic. Love tearing down top-tier apps and keenly identifying user pain points.
• Independent Thinker: Refuse to follow blindly; refuse to be just a "wireframe drawing tool." Able to propose independent thoughts and questions from multiple dimensions (e.g., commercial loops, user value), and support your views with convincing logic.
• Clear Logical Thinking: Payments involve real money—there is zero room for loopholes. Must possess highly rigorous structured thinking, able to handle exception flows and edge cases to ensure foolproof solution designs.
• Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written expression skills. Able to translate complex payment clearing logic or AI technical solutions into easy-to-understand language for cross-functional members from diverse technical/non-technical backgrounds.

3. AI Practical Experience (Strong Plus)

• Hands-on AI Problem Solving: Have independently or led the use of AI tools/APIs to build complete Agents, automated workflows, or developed small practical tools to solve real-life or campus pain points.
