Interns (Normal & Software)

Summary:

We’re looking for 2 Interns to help build and grow two of Australia’s most exciting health and wellness start-ups, NORMAL and Software (1 intern for each brand). We are part of the Eucalyptus group of companies - a house of brands that are leaders in the digital health space. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone interested in healthcare or sexual wellbeing.

You’ll be splitting your time between projects, working directly with Niamh Mooney (Software) and Lucy Wark (NORMAL). We appreciate that these companies occupy two very distinct corners of the market however both are powered by big ideas, serious ambition and a killer team.

NORMAL aims to ‘normalise’ the sexual wellness space. We've started with reinventing the experience of buying sex toys, and in addition to dreaming up our new range of product, we’re now we're moving into the sex education and training space with the burning passion of people who know how much we need better in this area!

Software is a telehealth platform treating skin issues such as acne, pigmentation and signs of ageing. We create customised creams, using prescription-grade ingredients, that have been selected to treat each patient’s specific skin concerns.

We know that it’s difficult to access quality skin advice - dermatologists are expensive with long wait times and the skin care industry is saturated with misinformation. That’s why we created Software - to make it easy to access quality medical advice and effective products.

You’ll also get to work alongside the rest of the Eucalyptus team which includes a powerful team of engineers, marketers, operations whizzes, customer experience maestros and many more.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You’ll be working on a number of projects that will address areas such as:

• User research: Deep research into new user groups and the way they view sexuality to shape our new product development,

• Strategy: Analysing a range of potential international markets for expansion suitability,

• Operations: Evaluating and re-designing some of the critical physical operations that make Eucalyptus able to dispense healthcare and pleasure essentials at scale.
