Internship – API Technical Writer - Munich or Remote

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and drive your own projects: All of your projects will have a critical impact on our company.
• Improve day-to-day processes: Work on the developer portal as a single source of truth for our developers.  
• Create and maintain API documentation: Work on existing and create new documentation and deliver it using Redocly developer portal. Learn how to write clear and concise documentation to provide the best developer experience.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a German university (remote work is possible from Germany).
• Available for at least 6 months to work full-time (40 hours/week).
• Previous experience in a high growth startup or another high-performance environment.
• Broad understanding of technical and business topics and eagerness to dive deeper.
• Acquainted with the Swagger/OpenAPI Specification.
• Comfortable using Git and GitLab/GitHub.
• Basic understanding of code Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to review and edit documentation changes contributed by technical writers and other employees, as well as receive editorial feedback from others.
• Strong growth mindset and the motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
• Fluent in English. German is a plus.
