Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with R&D engineers to identify patentable ideas

• Assist inventors in filing timely and accurate invention disclosures

• Evaluating invention disclosures with the goal of providing optimal protection and generating maximum long term value to MPS

• Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications meeting international standards

• Conduct patent search and analysis

Requirements:

• Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering or Communication Engineering

• Excellent command of English

• Confidence and communication skills at all levels

• Strong reasoning ability and writing skills

• Attention to details and deadlines

• Experience in R&D, or drafting and prosecuting patent applications is preferred
