What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for managing company hardware and employee mobile device, maintaining security training materials, and deploying and configuring third party software tools.
- You will be to first line of defense on technical assistance and support for incoming service requests and issues related to computer systems.
- You will update the knowledge base with tech tips, standard operating procedures, reference materials, and brief documents.
- Work in collaboration with HR on employee on-boarding and offboarding activities.
- Configuring, managing and securing DCT hardware and software for the users.
- Responsible for assigning users the right roles to perform their job based on least privilege access.
- Ensures proper clean up/reseting computers, removing unwanted, unwarranted software, and returning to initial system delivery state.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have accessibility to stable internet and technology.
Minimum Requirements:
- An bachelor’s degree in IT management and/or equivalent experience required;
- Working HIPAA knowledge/experience as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate required;
- Experience deploying and managing system management software in a medium sized business or larger required
- 2+ years experience running an IT help desk to support the needs of a distributed workforce using a mixture of Macs and PCs required
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing Google Workspace (GSuite) device management specifically as it pertains to security best practices preferred;
- 2+ years experience in a regulated industry (healthcare or finance);
The on target earnings for this role are $50,000 - $55,000. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.
