IT Intern

At iKnowHow Group, we believe in investing in young talent and providing valuable opportunities for growth and development. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a IT Intern.

This internship provides hands-on experience with computer systems, networks, and user support, offering the chance to learn from experienced IT professionals in a real-world business environment.

*Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized educational institution in Greece, obligated and/or eligible to participate in an internship program as required by Greek law.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals
• Provide basic technical support to staff (hardware, software, and network issues)
• Help monitor and maintain network systems, backups, and security tools
• Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions
• Support the IT team with routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and troubleshooting common tech issues
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Eager to learn and able to handle confidential information responsibly
