About this Role

We're looking for an IT Specialist to build and maintain the systems that keep Valerie running every day.You'll own our internal tools and technical infrastructure; from project management platforms and Microsoft 365 to marketing technology and team collaboration tools. Your work will ensure our teams have the right systems, the right access, and the right workflows to move quickly as Valerie continues to grow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing internal IT systems or SaaS platforms, ideally within a startup or high-growth business.

  • Strong experience with Monday.com (or similar project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, or Jira).

  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

  • Experience managing SaaS subscriptions, user provisioning, permissions, and access controls.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across software, user access, and workplace technology.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.

  • Experience documenting systems, workflows, and internal processes.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with marketing technology platforms or ecommerce tools.

  • Familiarity with Shopify, Polar Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar platforms.

  • Experience building automations using Zapier, Make, or Microsoft Power Automate.

  • Understanding of IT security best practices, including SSO, MFA, and identity management.

  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
