IT-Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to join our client’s team in San Diego, CA.

 In this role, the Project Manager's area of responsibility will be to deliver projects for the client’s site across an existing multi-tenant E-Commerce platform, which serves as a shared space for multiple industry product lines.

The Project Manager will be part of the e-commerce IT team partnering with Product Management, e-commerce Business and third party vendors.

DUTIES  RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop strategy across an existing e-commerce business within various categories ( multiple product lines/product types)
• Manage planning across a global e-commerce platform with multiple stakeholders and third party contributors
• Engage with geographically dispersed business teams, off-shore development teams, and third-party vendors
• Manage concurrent projects of a large complex global e-commerce program in an Agile environment

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree

RIGHT TO WORK: Must have legal right to work in the USA.

COMPETENCIES

• 5+ years IT project management experience
• 2+ years of e-commerce program or project management
• 2+ years hands on Agile experience
• Experience with Drip, AWS, ftp protocol, Magento or similar platforms
• Experience with click up and basic e-com terms.
• Strong follow up and project management skills
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments
• Ability to influence change outside of span of control and build stakeholder support
• Ability to work with multiple cross-functional groups
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written skills
• Must be enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team player

 Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, OMS, search and third party e-commerce applications is preferred, not required.
• PMP is preferred, not required.
