Reporting to the Manager of IT Systems, the position holder will be responsible for IT systems that support endpoint security and other tasks as will be assigned by the manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist end-users in enrolling their laptops in the Microsoft Endpoint Device Manager /Intune.
- Ensure enrolled devices remain compliant with set compliance policies
- Troubleshoot problems arising from device enrollment and ensure the best practices in device security are upheld during remote working.
- Remediate endpoint and end-user security issues as they emerge.
- Document Device Endpoint Manager enrollment process to uphold a knowledge base.
- Use the Endpoint Device Manager portal to check the device health status and report on general adoption progress.
- Assist the team with any other task(s) assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Should have analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a team player, keen to learn, possess a good attitude, and be self-disciplined.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
