- Lead discovery and consolidation of the IT vendor landscape, identifying overlaps and driving standardization across business units.
- Own the implementation and management of a Software Asset / License Management (SAM) system, ensuring accurate tracking of licenses and renewals.
- Manage strategic IT vendor relationships, including performance reviews, escalations, contract lifecycle, and alignment with business strategy.
- Establish and enforce license governance, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization across the organization.
- Deliver vendor and license reporting, dashboards, and insights to IT leadership, supporting budgeting, risk management, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field, with strong experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or license management.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations at a strategic level.
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM), license compliance, and IT governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT environments (applications, infrastructure, tools) and collaboration with Architecture, Security, and Procurement teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a structured and commercially minded approach.
