IVE Support Engineer
TLDR
Resolve IVE incidents and RFCs while coordinating with IT teams, managing incident lifecycle, testing, and commissioning of In Vehicle Equipment systems.
Receive and response to calls and emails on IVE (In Vehicle Equipments) incidents Incident recording (including RFCs),Search for work around &Update the customer and IT group on progress Perform communication activities for other ITIL processes Managing FAQ,Recording incidents,Incident classification,Incident prioritisation,Incident escalation,Resolving incidents&Evaluate and recommend IVE Solutions. Perform and manage IVE testing and Commissioning
Required Qualifications: The successful candidate should possess the following: - University Degree in Information & Technology. or Electronics and Communication - Minimum three years work experience within a similar role and position level, With excellent communication - Excellent problem solving skills - Excellent coaching and mentoring skills - Good personal planning and time management skills - Good reporting and presentation skills.
