Responsibilities
Manage/Supervise daily warehouse operations
Manage and lead warehouse staff
Monitor inventory accuracy and stock levels
Ensure timely receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
Enforce safety procedures while applying Lean principles to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
Technical Education or a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, and procurement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with experience managing inventory, and warehouse operations.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports and evaluate inventory and operational performance.
