We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented university graduate who is interested in starting a career in the Finance and Investment industry to join our Dealing Department in Limassol. This is an entry level position that could also be suited for a professional in other industries who are interested in entering into the fast-growing online investment business. Extensive training will be provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
● Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising system parameters.
● Liaison with the technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems.
● Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Monitoring and analysing client’s trading activities and exposures.
● Providing internal support to the client facing team on trading related inquiries.
● Communication with counter-parties.
● Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research.
Key Requirements:
● University/College degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or any other related field.
● Analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage.
● CySec Advanced Certificate will be considered an advantage.
● Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage.
● Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning/afternoon/night)
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate:
● Strong Analytical skills
● Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly.
● Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
● Dynamism and be able to deliver results i a timely manner
● Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)
● A fun and communicative approach
