Junior Game Producer

THE JOB

• Maintenance of existing games, including content positioning, planning the budget and setting deadlines
• With guidance from a Senior Producer, managing the production process from the pre-production and game concept phase to the post-production
• Overseeing the quality of already released and ongoing games in collaboration with the Senior Producers and providing useful feedback
• Assigning tasks and managing projects for teams of designers, artists, programmers and testers
• Collaborating with the analytics and marketing team to direct the creation of new games based on marketing research and to create a new advertising program
• Creating a Game Roadmap in collaboration with the Senior Producer
• Inspiring and promoting the product vision

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are very interested and knowledgeable about games in all forms, with an emphasis on mobile games and their mechanics
• You have no trouble communicating in English (written and spoken)
• You are proactive and able to inspire others to do their best
• You can articulate and share information clearly as well as take into account the perspectives of others with the goal of finding the best solution
• You are able to switch from one type of activity to another fairly quickly
• You take your tasks seriously and take full responsibility for their results
• Experience in project management and/or game development is a plus
