Junior Implementation Project Manager

Team
The Implementation Services team is a thoughtful, collaborative, and growing team whose mission is to ably establish clients and partners onto the Collective Health platform. We are the first interaction with a client post-sale and the impact of our interaction plays a meaningful role in the future success of our members. Role
The Implementation Project Manager is a client-facing project management role. You will lead the implementation experience from start to finish by managing a project plan and coordinating with subject matter experts throughout Collective Health - Eligibility, Benefit Plan Design, Finance - and external partners. You will have the space to be both collaborative and determine the success of a project. You will report to the Team Lead, Implementations Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client implementations using Smartsheet over the course of 90-120 days engagements
- Scope and direct the implementation process for complex clients onto Collective Health's Workforce Health Management System, working directly with clients, partners, and internal experts to build a foundation for client satisfaction, partnership, and success.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Member Advocacy teams to manage customization requests, partner integrations, and risk escalations across a client portfolio inclusive of small, medium, and enterprise clients
- Identify opportunities and develop process improvement and efficiency strategies to adjust implementation capacities, improve your client experience, and reduce the cost to implement over time.
- Manage client expectations, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the implementation process to guarantee a positive client experience in which important milestones are met and within scope.
How you will split your time:
- Implementation Project management., issue tracking, status (70%)
- Client relations and communications (30%)
Qualifications:
- BA or equivalent
- Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet
- 3 years experience implementing complex and technical projects
- Experience with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
- Experience making recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
- Lead teams through prioritization activities
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- Willingness to travel, approx. 10% of time
- Experience in healthcare is helpful
