Junior Logistic Fulfilment Associate | Belgrade

As part of our global growth, we are looking for a Junior Logistics Fulfilment Associate to support our logistics operations. This role is based in our Belgrade office.

This is an entry-level to early-career role, ideal for someone who wants to learn logistics and operations in a complex international e-commerce environment. You will work closely with senior team members, supporting daily execution, learning established processes, and gradually taking on more responsibility over time.

Working from our Belgrade hub, you will support day-to-day logistics activities, including:

• Assist with preparing shipping lists and order documentation under guidance;

• Support order validation and shipment preparation to help ensure timely dispatch;

• Help check and update inventory levels across different locations;

• Support and provide accurate documentation to facilitate daily shipments;

• Communicate with couriers and warehouses regarding routine operational topics;

• Support warehouse operations with daily logistics-related tasks;

• Follow existing logistics protocols and procedures carefully and flag any inconsistencies or issues;

• Use internal tools, spreadsheets, and basic AI-supported tools (where applicable) to help with reporting, data checks, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

At ennovationHUB, we value motivation, reliability, and willingness to learn, as much as prior experience. Our ideal junior candidate would have:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) - nice to have;

• Initial exposure to logistics, fulfillment, operations, customer support or supply chain (academic, internship, or entry-level experience)- nice to have;

• Comfort working with numbers and basic spreadsheets (Excel or similar);

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes;

• Comfortable using or learning AI for daily tasks and operations;

• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and platforms;

• Basic problem-solving skills and readiness to ask questions when unsure;

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, as it's the working language in this international environment;

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
