Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
TLDR
Drive local campaign activation and hub launches in a fast-growing retail scale-up, shaping activation processes and testing new ideas.
- Campaign Activation: Execute the daily activation of campaigns across online and offline marketing channels, ensuring cohesive in-app and off-platform communications that reach our customers at the right time.
- Hub Launches: Own the marketing rollout for new hub launches in the Netherlands end-to-end, coordinating all local activities to ensure every new location starts with a bang.
- Creative Support: Provide hands-on support for copywriting and asset creation. You will help draft catchy local copy and work with the designer to ensure all visuals are on-brand and effective.
- Process & Performance Optimization: Constantly look for ways to streamline how we set campaigns live, improving efficiency and accuracy in our daily operations. Support the team by monitoring and tracking performance of live communications and hub launches, ensuring data is accurately recorded for post-campaign analysis.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactively bring new local campaign ideas to the table and embrace a "test & learn" mentality, independently executing or collaborating with the team to validate hypotheses.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or project coordination. You are comfortable in dynamic environments and are eager to learn the ropes of retail marketing.
- Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for detail, ensuring that every push notification, email, and in-app campaign is perfect before it goes live.
- Hands-on Work Ethic: You love to get things done. You are proactive and genuinely excited to roll up your sleeves to support the team and get campaigns across the finish line.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch (native) and English. You understand the Dutch consumer and can communicate effectively in both languages.
For this role as a Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows:
The base pay for this position is 41.000 EUR - 48.000 EUR gross yearly (including 8% vacation allowance).
