Junior New Business Coordinator
In 2017 Wincent Investment Fund started its high frequency crypto trading. Today, our algorithms run on 12 exchanges, trading 50 cryptocurrencies with daily volume over USD1.5bn. Wincent has a dedicated team of 85 people mostly engineers with pedigrees from Facebook, Google, with academic background from Berkeley, Caltech, ETH, international medallists from informatics, math and physics olympiads. Wincent has offices in London, Zurich and Bratislava.
Wincent is growing very rapidly and is looking to expand its new business team.
We are looking for a young, ambitious, very driven and responsible business coordinator that will be responsible for our CRM, presentations, calling clients, organizing events and supporting the fund raising team. This person will be reporting directly to the head of new business development. The role will be based in London and can be partly remote.
We expect you to accomplish that by:
- Organizing investor roadshow for the team
- Organizing company events with the support staff
- Updating investor presentation
- Being responsible of our CRM
- Build promotional material
- Supporting the new business team in the coordination of various projects
What you need to succeed:
- 1-2 years of experience a plus but drive is what matters most
- CRM (Pipedrive), automation tools and presentation experience
- Photoshop, illustrator experience is a plus
- Very good english
- Very driven, high energy level, very responsible
- An interest in finance and crypto is optional but good
- You should be comfortable with taking the lead and making fast decisions—our organization structure is flat and we move quickly.
- We expect you to be curious and be result driven.
