Key Account Manager (WorkAbroad)

TLDR

Drive client talent sourcing and aftersales support, strengthening relationships and sales strategies to empower OFWs' employment outcomes.

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch talent sourcing solutions and exceptional aftersales service to our valued clients. Your dedication to building strong relationships and providing excellent support will contribute to the success of our mission in empowering OFWs to live fulfilling and productive working lives.

You will directly report to the Sales Supervisor and your day to day will include:

  1. Perform extensive and in-depth account profiling through research and probing to support the objectives of both potential and existing clients and partners.
  2. Proactively address concerns and provide after-sales support to customers through strategic account management.
  3. Conduct periodic customer visits to strengthen accounts coverage, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and foster long-term partnerships.
  4. Develop and effectively execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  5. Prepare and analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven track record in business-to-business or corporate telesales, with a talent for building lasting relationships and driving meaningful sales growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills—confident, clear and engaging in both written and verbal interactions with clients.
  • Genuine passion for customer service, always looking for ways to create positive experiences and exceed expectations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
