Kinaxis Solution Architect

Requirements:

• 7–20 years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or technology implementation roles
• Strong expertise in supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and network planning
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis or other leading supply chain planning platforms (implementation experience strongly preferred)
• Exposure to supply chain consulting engagements across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with large datasets (SQL, Python, or R knowledge preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong influencing, collaboration, and decision-making abilities in matrix organizations
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Bengaluru
