As a Church Consultant based in Berlin-Neukölln, you'll be close to the communities – understanding their needs, supporting them on their path to digitalisation, and building genuine, long-term relationships.

About your new role

• Support churches: You build continuous, personal relationships with both paid staff and volunteers in church communities, becoming their trusted point of contact.

• Understand needs, offer solutions: You listen actively, ask the right questions, and show how ChurchDesk's digital tools can simplify everyday life in the community.

• Inspire enthusiasm: You motivate communities to share their positive experiences with others – becoming a multiplier for our mission.

• Create satisfaction: You ensure your customers and users feel well supported and get real value from our tools.

• Grow with the team: You work closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to our shared success.

Requirements

• A foundation in the church: You have experience from a church community or church organisation – or a genuine curiosity to get to know this world.

• Empathy and strong communication skills: You ask, listen, and find the right solutions together with people.

• Independence and ownership: You work in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks and results.

• Openness to feedback: You give and receive direct feedback – and see it as an opportunity to grow.

• Language skills: You speak German at a native level and communicate confidently in English.
