What You Will Do:

• Provide premium omnichannel support (via phone and email);

Requirements

• Fluent German and English (C1+);
• Analytical & Research Skills;
• Experience in customer service;
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude.

Would be a great plus:

• Experience with luxury brands;
• Experience with automotive industry;
• Experience with native speakers;
• International exchange programs participation.
