Language Data Annotator - Portuguese (Remote)

Work Location: Remote, candidates must be located in Quebec, Ontario, or Alberta.

Work Schedule: Full-time (up to 40 hours/week), Monday – Friday; business hours

Engagement Model: Employment; fixed-term/temporary

Project Duration: until September 30th, 2024 (highly extendable).

DataForce by TransPerfect is currently looking for a Language Data Annotator with fluency in Portuguese to join our team in Canada! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology.

This role requires a high level of independence, adaptation, and accuracy – love of attention to detail will help to succeed in this role!

Role Summary

Language Data Annotator will focus on speech or text recognition, input methods, keyboard/swipe technology, or other areas of human-machine interaction related to languages.

No previous experience or training in the field is required - we will teach you all you need to know.

Role Responsibilities

• Transcription - create written copies of live speech or dictated audio
• Data labeling - identify and label the properties of what you transcribe
• Data classification - categorize provided data into different criteria
• Data entry - following provided company guidelines, input the data and information
