What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine
Develop and implement innovative analytic methodologies through DBT engines
Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia’s analytics roadmap and contribute to product innovation
Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives
Act as an internal and external thought leader—representing Arcadia’s analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and publications
Oversee analytic quality standards and ensure analytic rigor across customer engagements
Guide, mentor, and develop Analysts to build organizational capacity and excellence
Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytic delivery
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with deep expertise in population health, quality, or value-based care analytics
Demonstrated experience in analytic leadership, strategy, and client advisory roles
Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT
Experience in data visualization and communication of complex insights to executive audiences
Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver enterprise-level analytic programs
Strong business acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data
Experience with AWS data tools, predictive modeling, or machine learning
Would Love For You To Have
Experience leading analytics strategy for healthcare technology or payer organizations
Experience with different VBO programs (MSSP, REACH, MA)
Familiarity with data pipelines
Experience influencing product development or roadmap through analytics insights
