Lead Processing Specialist

TLDR

Handles title and registration processing for select clients, organizes documents, and maintains accurate reporting with meticulous attention to detail.

 

 

Position Overview

This position will handle information regarding motor vehicle title and registration processes.  The Senior Processing Specialist Admin is administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents.  This position is responsible for accurately maintain functional reporting. A strong attention to detail is required.  This position will also be responsible for all aspects of select clients, to include processing, invoicing reseach, customer service, and other duties assigned.  Overtime may be required.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee completion of all activities w/in your assigned area.
  • Respond to escalations
  • Process title paperwork
  • Scan documents
  • Verify Daily Title Reports
  • Manage license plate inventory
  • Answering general questions by telephone, email or in person
  • Maintain records, filing systems and computer files
  • Photocopy documents
  • Open, sort and enter data for daily orders
  • Shipping and Receiving

Qualifications:

  • Be able to lift 20lbs
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • General accounting experience or working with numbers
  • Computer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Be supportive in a team environment
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Clean Driving Record
  • High School Diploma/GED
