Lead Strategic Business Analyst

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in Kaizen's strategic planning cycle, leading requirements-gathering exercises and analyses across all functions. This is an ideal role if you're ready to take on a groundbreaking role within our organization and combine a high degree of responsibility with a broad spectrum of opportunities as part of an expanding corporate function. The successful candidate will work closely with department teammates (PMO and Operational Excellence) to provide a continuum between strategic insight and execution.

• Partner with functional leaders to formulate and capture annual objectives in accordance with our internal strategic planning framework. Standardize, improve and communicate the framework and the process. Maintain a strategic planning calendar and keep all stakeholders informed and involved as needed.
• Develop executive summaries, dashboards and reports to inform progress against strategic objectives and supporting KPIs. Support regular and ad hoc strategy reviews and communications.
• Lead analyses and requirements-gathering exercises to provide actionable insights in the context of strategic priorities. Build business cases in support of various strategic initiatives. Develop business-specific market, product and customer knowledge to serve the needs of management. Present findings to internal stakeholders in an effective and digestible manner.
• Proactively contribute to the establishment of best practices across all areas of responsibility. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to the organization on strategy matters.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant or similar, ideally with a top-tier strategy consultancy firm and/or the central strategy team of a digital organization 
• Experience with strategic frameworks, strategic planning, analysis design and business case development; experience with OKR and/or 4DX planning models will be considered a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills combined with sound decision making
• Comfort in collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and facilitating engagement towards a specific outcome
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, familiarity with working in fast-paced environments delivering accurate and timely output to a high standard
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products will be considered a plus
