Legal Manager
TLDR
The role involves performing legal document reviews, providing regulatory advice, and formulating the company's legal policy in a dynamic telecommunications environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and ad hoc legal document reviews on the Company’s business activities
- Provide legal and regulatory advice and support to the company on a issue by issue basis.
- Provide professional support on company secretarial duties
- Formulate and implement the company’s legal policy
Requirements:
- Holders of a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB), PCLL preferred.
- Familiar with Hong Kong Company Law
- At least 2 years of legal experience in law firm, private sector, international exposure and relevant experiences in telecommunications and/or software industry are highly preferred
- Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and flexible as some weekends are required.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and read/write in simplified Chinese
