We are seeking a motivated individual who will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and loyalty throughout their journey with CUTS. This includes developing strategic initiatives to optimize customer lifecycle touchpoints, leveraging data-driven insights to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns. The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to function in a team environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to drive customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. 
  • Utilize customer data and analytics tools to segment the customer base and identify opportunities for targeted marketing efforts. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns to inform marketing strategies.  
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including working with the graphic designer to design engaging email templates, writing compelling copy, and optimizing email performance through A/B testing and segmentation. 
  • Implement strategies to increase email open rates, click-through rates, and overall email engagement. 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for lifecycle marketing initiatives and regularly monitor campaign performance. Provide detailed reports and analysis to key stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 3-5+ Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce industry. 
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and personalized marketing messages. 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, and data-driven optimization strategies. 
  • Leadership experience, including team management and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of the apparel industry is a plus.

Pay: $60K - $115K 

  • Salary range is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Cuts Clothing, Inc.
