Live Casino Trainer

Our NetEnt Live Studio in Malta is seeking to recruit a Trainer to help co-ordinate and train all up coming dealers as well as evaluation and re-training of current dealers.

 The Main Responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

• Assure the part of a role model and mentor for the staff
• Train all procedures and controls for specific table games
• Train and reinforce good service skills with trainees
• Assign tasks to trainees on the casino floor and ensure that the gaming staff provide an excellent service
• Coaching to ensure proper grooming standards are followed
• Promote an atmosphere which is conducive to staff giving their best
• Organize training schools for new dealers

Experience in a casino will be considered an asset
