Responsibilities
The Live Sales Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting order processing, inventory accuracy, packing, shipping coordination, and backstage operational execution during live sales events. This role is essential in ensuring customers receive an efficient, accurate, and elevated
post-purchase experience.
We’re looking for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced
environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to support live production and customer
satisfaction.
Responsibilities
● Process and fulfill customer orders generated through live sales platforms
● Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment accurately and efficiently
● Maintain inventory organization and operational accuracy throughout livestream events
● Support product flow between live sales, backstage operations, and fulfillment areas
● Verify product accuracy, quantities, sizing, and order details prior to shipment
● Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, returns, and restocking
● Maintain clean, organized, and efficient fulfillment workspaces
● Partner with hosts, curators, production, and operations teams during live sales
● Support packaging presentation standards to ensure a strong customer unboxing
experience
● Troubleshoot operational issues quickly in a high-volume live environment
● Assist with shipping logistics and order management systems as needed
Qualifications
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment
● Previous fulfillment, warehouse, retail operations, shipping, or inventory experience preferred
● Comfortable standing, lifting, packing, and moving product throughout shifts
● Strong time management and efficiency skills
● Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
● Ability to adapt quickly during live production and high-volume sales periods
● Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling
● Experience with Shopify, shipping systems, or social commerce fulfillment is a plus
