THE ROLE

Responsible for effective logistics support, the position involves handling boutique and department store collections, spending a proportion of your day outside the office. You will collaborate with Transactions to ensure that suppliers provide a VAT-compliant invoice. You will ensure an effective logistics flow that will contribute to our ambitious growth objectives; including daily KPIs, quality checking, allocations and packing according to Fashion Concierge standards and maintaining accurate delivery data on Logistics Board platform.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who is passionate about luxury goods and presents a high level of client service. You must be naturally patient with the ability to build and maintain lasting cross cultural relationships both externally and internally with Private Client stakeholders and colleagues.

You will need to be solutions focused with a hands-on approach. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals in luxury retail, personal shopping or VIP services is essential. The successful candidate will practice utmost discretion and subtlety when it comes to client orders and must have a record of accomplishment within logistics support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will control inbound ETAs and receipt of all supplier purchases using FC BackOffice
  • Logistics Board and Microsoft AX to maintain accurate records
  • Partner with our 3PL Norsk Global to fulfil sales orders on Farfetch Storm & Sales platforms, supporting the sales order lifecycle from confirmation through to cancellations and returns
  • You will ensure boutique collections are carried out in a timely manner, liaising with boutiques partners, couriers and Norsk as necessary
  • Share up-to-date order progress as required with colleagues globally in Operations, Sourcing, Transactions and Private Client
  • Quality checking and packing to FC standards against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Transitions to maintain accurate store credit reporting
  • Assist Transactions, AP and AR with all tasks pertaining to purchase orders, sale orders and returns for month-end accounting procedures
  • Handle customer and supplier returns, utilizing Discovery and Farfetch.com to list stock-on-hand, coordinating with Farfetch Portugal to have items produced
  • Maintain packing area ensuring a clean and organized space with sufficient packaging stocked and control access to FC Safe and storage cabinets
  • Assisting in generating manual airway bills for split shipments and PODs where Private Client hand-deliveries are carried out; adhere to GDPR regulations with all customer data

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience supporting the operational process, as it pertains to order fulfilment and inventory control
  • You will have strong attention to detail and understand the importance of data integrity
  • Proven experience in luxury goods logistics, with a strong interest in fashion
  • Willing to work in and promote team oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating resilience, perseverance and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with a solutions focused mind-set
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and with inventory control and allocations systems such as Microsoft AX and Storm/Sales
  • Proven ability working to deadlines and against KPIs, organised, results driven and thriving in change
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude, taking responsibility for your actions
