Position Summary:

Lemon Perfect is looking for a motivated and dedicated individual, with a passion for operations and logistics to join our fast-paced and growing team. The Logistics Specialist will play a key role in many of the organization’s supply chain and logistics processes under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Manager, Logistics. An ideal candidate should be process focused, organized, detail driven, entrepreneurially minded, and capable of managing and meeting deadlines independently in a dynamic environment. The Company thrives on cross-functional collaboration and a team-first mindset across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Logistics support
  • Process customer orders + manage customer communication
  • Process transfer orders of materials and finished goods
  • Process weekly replenishment plans for e-commerce
  • Monitor transportation, costs + timeliness of all orders
  • Address + resolve shipment and inventory issues
  • Manage third party carrier relationships + execution
  • Maintain carrier KPI reports and cost-analysis
  • Assist with budget process + reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in Business, Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year experience in supply chain operations (preferred)
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication + interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power point
• Travel up to 5-10% of the time
