Responsibilities

 

  • Creating itemized property lists
  • taking pictures using smart phone or tablet
  • Account for all vehicles and personal effects
  • Ensuring compliance as it relates to position
  • uploading forms to company database
  • Monitor and report property concerns to management
  • Releasing property to Owners
