Responsibilities

• As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in managing our social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and creating captivating content to enhance our online presence
• Assist in managing and scheduling posts across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the digital team to brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas, including posts, stories, and reels
• Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy
• Understanding of audience building
• Assist in building ambassador program
