We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented LTL Operations Specialist to execute first-rate service to our LTL customers and carriers! You will collaborate externally with existing accounts and internally with our LTL team to ensure that we provide as much value as possible to our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Take responsibility for the daily operations of existing client accounts.
- Manage carrier invoicing and adjustments, by managing exceptions.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
- Track LTL carriers and resolve issues and ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
- Communicate internally with sales to ensure they stay informed.
- Communicate externally with customers, vendors, carriers, shippers and receivers to ensure the LTL operations run smoothly for all parties.
- Contribute to other LTL projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ability to collaborate in a work environment where we can learn and improve processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a logistics or transportation role, with an understanding of the LTL mode.
- Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting. ● Detailed and precise when completing tasks.
- Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.
- An exceptional communicator with great interpersonal skills.
